I read that there is a plugin I can install to allow me to dial from my address book in Mac. I've installed the PBS client from the website, but I don't know how to install the address book plugin.

One way to do this, probably, is by downloading application like http://www.jonn8.com/dialectic/ for MAC and use the URL calling method. To find out what URL to use, you can checkout our wiki on the NetSuite setup. http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Netsuite
